Three Way Tie?
The Badger Conference S. JV division looks like there's gonna be a three way tie. With the win last night over Milton Oregon finishes the season at 10-2. Monona grove also beat Monroe last night which improve their record at 10-2. If Stoughton beats Edgewood tonight then there will be three team championship. Looks like we need to cheer for Stoughton.

Panther Sweep Stoughton!
Oregon leading 22-20 at half. The Panther used a aggressive second half to beat the Viking 51-37.
Corey Byrne lead with 21 points and 12 rebounds. While Evan Acker and Josh Brauns both finished with 10 points apiece.

Panthers Suffer Heart Breaker!
The Oregon JV team turned the ball over on a number of occasions during the final minutes in the game which lead to a last second shot made by the the Siver Eagles to seal the win 43-41.
Josh Brauns finished with 10 points.

Defense Key Victory!
The Panthers has displayed toughness and fight all season . Against the Crusaders in the second half that's what was needed to pull off the win. Leading 25-15 at half Edgewood came out in the third by out scoring Oregon 14-5 and taking a one point lead. But in the final period the Panthers rallied and sealed the win 43-34. Corey B. and Evan Ackers finished with 12,11 points respectively.
Josh B also contributed 9 points

Big Third Quarter Seal Win!
The Panthers saw themselves down 19-18 going into intermission.
In the third quarter they were able to out score the cheesemaker 14-3 which gave Oregon a ten point lead heading into the fourth. In the final period Monroe was able to cut the lead to 34-30. That was as close they able to get. Good defense and solid free throw shooting sealed the victory. Evan Acker came up with another solid performance scoring 24 points and pulling down 6 rebounds. Corey Byrne was the only other Panther to reach double figures with 11 points. Brooks McMahon also did a great job of playing solid defense as he contributed 5 steals and dished out 5 assist.

Ackers Come Up Big In Win!
The Oregon Panthers has played well as of late. One of the big reason is that Evan Acker has rapidly stepped his game up. Leading the team in scoring and rebounding in past three games. Against Ft. Atkinson it was nothing different. With the game tied at 42 midway through the fourth. He nearly matched the Blackhawks scoring production by scoring nine fourth quarter points to their ten.
The Panther escaped with a 57-54 win. Evan A. finished with a game high of 25 points and 13 rebounds. Corey B.and Brooks M. contributed 12, 11 points respectively.

Panthers Pounds Mcfarland in Win!
Oregon started off a bit slow but was able to take control of the game in the second quarter. Leading as much as 18 in the third Mcfarland was able to cut the lead to 13. That was as close the Spartans were able to get. Oregon closed the door early in the fourth quarter prevailing 53-33. Evan Acker lead with 16 points while Corey Byrne had 13 points. Josh B and Brooks M. also contributed 8 points apiece.

Waunakee Snap Three Game Win Streak!
Oregon was in for a tough one inside the paint against a big and physical Waunakee team. The Panther kept the game close with a sticky 2-3 defense, but it was'nt enough to prevail over the visiting Warriors losing 41-45. Evan Acker lead Oregon with 13 points.

Panther Defeats Milton
The Panthers opened the first half with a 31-19 point lead and never looked back. They outscored Milton 32-26 in the second to win 64-45. Corey B. Lead the way with 13 points while Josh B. and Evan A. contributed 12 points a peace

Oregon Gets Victory!
Trailing 43- 41 at the end of the third Oregon found themselves in a dog fight with the Stoughton Vikings. The Viking opened the fourth quarter with a 8-2 run and stretch the lead to ten points. The Panthers never let them close the door. They went on a run themselve in the final five minutes. They out scored Stoughton 15-3 and secured the victory by defeating them 55-50. The Panthers had three players to reach double figures. Corey B. lead with18 points while Evan Ackers and Josh B chipped in 12, 13 respectivly.

Five Players Score In Double Figures in Big Win!
The Oregon Panthers opened up the new year with a blow out win over Parkview Vikings 81-56. The Panthers opened the first period with a 33-5 lead and never looked back. Evan Ackers lead the way with 16 points and 9 rebounds. While Corey Byrne 14pts, Josh Brauns 12pts, Brooks McMahon 12pts, Jordan Wendlant 12pts reached double figures.

Poor Shooting in the 4th Quarter Equals Loss!
The Panthers travels to Kaukauna coming off a two game winning streak and suffer a tough loss 31-44.Oregon trailing 19-28 at half the panthers was able to out score the Galloping Ghosts 10-6 in the third, but was only able to make two field goals in the fourth quarter. The Panthers was lead by Corey Byrne with 12 points.

Riding high off the big win in Monroe the Panthers jumped all over Edgewood building a ten point lead at half. Late in the third the Crusaders used some pressure defense to force the Panthers to make costly mistakes. Clutch three throw shooting and handling the press the Panther drops Edgewood 49-48. Leading scorers were Corey Byrne with 16 points and Jordan Wendlandt added 11

After a tough loss to Monona Grove the Panthers traveled to Monroe and pulled out a big win by defeating them 44-39. Corey Byrne finished with 21.

Turnovers Doom Panthers!
The Monona Grove Silver Eagles played a tough defensive game against the Panthers. Leading most of the way Oregon was able to make a fourth quarter run and built a four point lead with 3:25 remaining, but turnovers and poor shot selections was the key to the loss 43-39. Corey Byrne lead the way with 20 points.

The Panthers Win Big!
The Panther were able to regroup after a disappointing loss on Tuesday and win big against Mt. Horeb 39-25.
Leading by 11 at half the Viking were able to cut the lead to six late in the third. The Panthers added some quarter court pressure in the fourth to seal the victory.

Oregon Suffer First Loss!
The Oregon Panthers JV squad suffered a disappointing season opening loss to Elkhorn Tuesday night. Leading 27-24 at half the Panthers opened the third with cold shooting. While the Elks used a powerful frontcourt attack to gain control of the game with the final score of 69-47. The Panthers was led by Evan Ackers with 11 points while Corey Byrne finished with 10. There were two other Panthers that provide some scoring help were Isaac Lindert and Brooks McMahon both finishing with 7 points apiece.
